Common Questions

Are there contracts or long-term commitments?

No contracts. Monthly programs renew month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. The 12-Week Transformation is a one-time payment for the full program.

Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. Programs can be built around what you have access to — full gym, home gym, or minimal equipment. We talk through this on the intro call.

What if I’m a complete beginner?

Beginners are welcome. The program starts exactly where you are. Most of my biggest transformations have come from people who had never trained seriously before.

How soon can I get started?

Book a free intro call and we can typically have your program built and ready within 3–5 days of that call.

Do you offer in-person sessions outside of Green Bay?

In-person sessions are available in the Green Bay, WI area. All other programs are delivered fully online via the client app and video calls.
