Hybrid Personal Training is combining Online PT with One-on-One PT to create the perfect balance for those wanting professional advice, guidance, and accountability with the flexibility to exercise on their own.

Extra Details:

Hybrid Personal Training is sold together as either month-to-month, or up to 12 months at one time.  Sessions in which you meet with me one are either 30 or 60 minutes in length.  There is no expiration date on purchased sessions but it is highly encouraged to use your sessions on a routine basis.  If you are unable to make the session, I strongly encourage a 24hr notice.  I know life throws curve balls at us all the time which cannot be avoided.  I can work with you on rescheduling.
