Personal Fitness Training for Three People with One Trainer.

Small Group Personal Training is done with you, two other clients, and a trainer.  Why would this be a good option for you?  Very much like Private training and Semi-Private training, you will be able to do and learn the following:

  • Different levels of intensity 
  • Injury prevention
  • Pre/Post re-hab dealing with surgery 
  • Pre/Post natal as you go through all phases of pregnancy
  • Attention to detail with exercises for optimal performance
  • Accountability with your exercise and nutrition 
  • No crowds of people
  • Non-intimidating atmosphere 
  • Confidence boosting


This option of training is also popular with people because they may want a slightly larger group but not too large where it diminishes the personality of the group.  Some really like the energy that can be sparked at any moment's notice.


What are the main differences of Small Group training versus Private or Semi-Private training?


  • You have three people which is the most you will have in a group
  • The group tends to look out for each other and is evident as you workout because someone may know more than the other and therefore, be willing to help guide
  • The vibe of the group is fun, energetic, and positive.  Very infectious!
  • All workouts are tailored to suit the group as one, but specifics of certain exercises and intensities can be still singled out per client if needed
  • The cost per person per session is usually the lowest compared to Private training and Semi-Private training
